I became a licensed real estate broker and member of the Denver Board of Realtors in 2000, then joined Bradford Real Estate two years later because I wanted to work for a company that emphasizes comprehensive customer service. Now I have a wealth of experience and can successfully guide you toward a quality long-term home that fits your lifestyle and budget.
My business is built entirely on referrals and repeat customers, a sign of the expertise and integrity I bring to the negotiating table and that will help you achieve the best outcome possible.
Listening. It’s essential that I first listen carefully to what you are looking for so that I can introduce you to neighborhoods and houses throughout metro Denver that fit your unique needs. Then guidance. I believe I must guide you through the entire home-buying process with expertise and care, serving you personally from start to finish.
Sue excels at all of the homework ‒ legwork, paperwork and hard work. There are no gimmicks or ‘schmooziness’ with Sue. Instead she pounds the pavement, previews the prospective properties and provides information packets on each listing. She is always available and on the case.
I did a lot of research into neighborhoods when we knew we’d being moving to Denver. Now, when we pass through those neighborhoods, we count ourselves extremely lucky to have worked with Sue. Her knowledge of Denver and the Denver real estate market allowed her to find the perfect house for us. We highly recommend Sue for any real estate needs in the Denver area.
Sue is a terrific real estate agent, and I would recommend her to anybody thinking about buying or selling a house. She guided us through every step of the home-buying (and home-selling) process and was always available to answer our questions. She was definitely looking out for our best interests; her expertise helped us find the home of our dreams and quickly sell our previous home.
I bought my first house on a whim when I was only 25 ‒ simply because my various landlords kept selling the house I was renting out from under me. Buying that 100-year-old house turned out to be the best decision that I ever made, and inspired my career and love affair with real estate. The other great loves of my life are my husband and son.

My favorite recently-read book—
"The Dog Stars" by Peter Heller, a compelling and talented Denver author.
My best-ever vacation destination—
A few years back, we rented a charming Victorian house in Nelson, British Columbia for 10 days and lived among the locals. It was such a fun and authentic experience for our family! We took amazing hikes, canoed and swam in frigid lakes, saw gorgeous scenery and wildlife, toured the art galleries and ghost towns, and enjoyed the healthy food and lifestyle of our neighbors to the north.
Random fact about me—
I participate in a “Random Acts of Kindness” group! We meet monthly and discuss different ways to spread joy and prosperity to people who need a lift in both our community and our world.
