Lower Downtown Denver (LODO)

Founded in 1858, as a parcel of Northwest Denver by General William Larimer, Denver's Lower Downtown, or more commonly LODO, comprises a 25-block urban community bordered by Larimer Street, Speer Boulevard, Wewatta and 20th Streets. This vibrant and central gathering place is typified by warehouses, industrial facilities, and commercial venues that have been renovated into mixed -use offices, lofts, and retail space, including excellent restaurants, shops, and art galleries.
