Shortly after earning my real estate license in 2013, I joined Bradford Realty. I’m very happy with the company’s approach to working with our clients and how the team members work to help each other.
My 18 years as a lawyer and in legal software sales and account management gave me a lot of experience in contract negotiation ‒ a skill that has proven very beneficial for my clients, whether they are buying or selling a home or an investment property.
I grew up in the construction industry so I have a good eye for investment properties. Plus I had our home built so am able to provide sound advice and direction to my clients who are going through the complexities and stresses of new construction.
I always take my cue from my clients on how comfortable they are with the negotiation process so that I can provide the right amount of guidance. It’s important that I am adaptable to your needs and expectations.
We hired Aaron to help us sell our townhome and buy our first new home together. He is very reliable, available and flexible and has extensive knowledge about the real estate market. We highly recommend Aaron and know that he will work with you, whatever your needs might be.
I was a first-time home buyer and Aaron was referred to me by a friend. I was determined to purchase a home in the West Highland, Berkeley neighborhood and because of the intense competition we faced, I quickly learned having a professional, ethical and responsive agent was incredibly important. I would recommend Aaron to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. Thank you, Aaron!
I’ve lived in Colorado since 2003 and now reside in Lakewood with my wife, Kristin, and my young son, Reid. I pretty much enjoy everything outdoors: mountain climbing, camping, tennis, skiing, you name it. I also love photography; there is so much here to photograph!

Most challenging climb—
Mt. Rainer in Washington. It’s the highest mountain in the state and its glaciers make it a very difficult and hazardous trek.
My favorite car—
My classic 1969 VW bug.
Most fun skiing—
I’ve skied five or six of Colorado’s fourteeners.
